Illustrator Bug (Green Flicker)

I've tried to use Illustrator for my Surface Pro 7 i5 8 GB RAM and I've encountered a strange bug. Every time I open a project, there's this strange green flicker (like a glitch) that goes over the screen. It makes the editing process slow, and there's quite a bit of lag. Anybody experiencing the same issues?

Hi try to update your graphics driver may be that help you....regards
