Illustrator bug

I find this hard to describe hence English is not my first language. 

Illustrator has been giving me trouble for the past week now. 

First i had driver issues wich i managed to fix by reinstalling my drivers etc. 

A new issue arose however multiplying my cursor and my work surface when i move.

I have reinstalled illustrator completely and this hasn't fixed this bug. 

I look forward to hearing from anyone very soon.
