Illustrator can not use when login to account creative cloud

Help me.

I can not use Illustrator after open app. It's only show blank screen and can not do anything, no show any ny error. But sign out and sign in other accout it's work well. Try install many version and beta app but still have this bug

Other app photoshop, AE still work well

Hello @Fico32819230vsr1,

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications.
- Navigate to the following folder locations:
  (Windows) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  (macOS) Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old
- Relaunch Illustrator
