Illustrator CC 2017 closes after opening

Hello, my illustrator closes after opening!

The splash screen loads correctly, but after that the program

would close itself after a few seconds.

It closes after loading this screen for a second or two:

There's no "illustrator has stopped responding" message nor crash report.

It just closes itself.

I have been uninstalling and using the Cleaner tool,

but it doesn't solve the problem.

Backtracking to CC 2015.3 doesn't work either, but

before CC 2015.3 illustrator would work normally.

Photoshop CC 2017 works normally.

Any idea/fix for this?

I'm using illustrator in bootcamp on a macbook, but I think it's not the cause of the problem?

What happens if you install Illustrator on the Mac OS part of your MacBook instead of bootcamp?

Hi Ton!

I have never tried it yet, because my working-applications is on windows so I have never installed any of these apps on Mac.

did you try to disable 'The Start Workspace When Documents Are Open' option? since your ai closes right after opening you could disable it by modifying the Adobe Illustrator Pref file. A short guide on how to do this here: Re: Illustrator freezes after start (reply #12)
