Illustrator CC 2017 freezing and crashing constantly

- I open Illustrator, and I can not use it for the first thirty seconds, because no keyboard commands work.

- Amount a photo, or save a document and the software hangs and for over a minute does not work, at that precise moment the monitor screen becomes all white.

- Quando apro illustrator oppure photoshop, per circa venti secondi la tastiera non funziona

- ogni volta che importo un pdf, tiff, psd, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

- ogni volta che creo un pdf, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

- ogni volta che salvo in .ai, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

- quando "non risponde" lo schermo diventa completamente bianco

More than 95% of people in the forum are not Adobe Staff. Only folks marked as "Staff" are staff.

The link to Customer Care has already been posted. Use it to talk to Adobe staff. They can log into your system.

Contact Customer Care

People on Mac OS also have reported that connecting a printer solved this issue. So I would definitely try that.
