Illustrator CC 2019 feels laggy when moving around with touchpad

Hello. I have some kind of issue with Adobe Illustrator. When im zooming with touch pad it works amazing but when I move around like in the video it feels so laggy. Im working on MacBook Pro 15" 2018 Mojave 10.14.5 and Adobe Illustrator 23.0.3. I tried to reinstall whole Adobe Cloud, but it didn't work out.
