Hello and first off thanks to anyone who can help with my current issue. The problem that I'm having is when I go to export my document to PNG at 300ppi, instead it exports at 72ppi. I've tested the same process with export to JPG and it works as expected. How can I fix this issue? Thank you in advance for your time.

I love using AI instead of Photoshop. Am I wrong for saving images for the web from AI?

What are the best steps in saving images?

144 (2X the size) and let the browser scale, should give a better result.

But I doubt if that will help with such light fonts at such a tiny size.

There are only a limited amount of pixels available to display your design.

Try to set your export to 72 ppi or 1X.

This will keep your pixel size.

I am afraid that a 300 X 250 px image is just a 300 X 250 px image, it is just pixels therefore pixelated.

But to me your image looks good.
