Illustrator CC Version 17.1 (not 2017)

I am interested in installing Illustrator CC Version 17.1 (this was the version before Adobe started adding a Year to the versions)

I see in Creative Cloud App you can install 17.0, but not 17.1. I need 17.1 for some plugins that I am using and they don't work nice with other versions.

Is it possible to install the 17.0 and then upgrade to specific revisions or will this update to the newest version?

Thank you.

I looked at my own Creative Cloud app and see that you are correct. It does not offer a direct install of version 17.1. I also looked at some previous threads and found nothing current as to how to install it. I would suggest a possible course of action. Try installing 17.0 (aka just plain old Illustrator CC) and see if after installing there is an option in the Creative Cloud app to further update to 17.1. If it is not then contact Adobe technical support as to how you can update it. As I recall 17.1 was not a complete new install but rather just an update. If that is the case then having version 17 already installed should help technical support assist you in updating it. Worst case scenario you can uninstall version 17 if the update is not possible at this time.
