Illustrator CC2020 crash & How to find color themes.

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2020 Feb 23, 2020

Hello,

after new the last 2 updates illustrator crashes a lot sudenly,
And the other topic i can not get fixed is is >i never found my color themes.
I'm using adobe creative cloud.
Illustator 24.0.3

Maybe a stupid question, but color themes exists for a longer time and i never knew it.
So do you have to install it separately, or at extensions?

Thank you in advance

I see some things that are related to our Suitcase Fusion plug-in. Please contact our techncial support team to see if this has any relationship to the crashing issue.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to what Jeff suggested, I'd recommend resetting your preferences once as well. Follow instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article. Let us know how it goes.

Also, you can find color themes under Window > Color Themes. I have attached a screenshot as well for reference:

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh
