ILLUSTRATOR CLOSES WHEN SAVING OR EXPORTING / ILLUSTRATOR SE CIERRA AL GUARDAR O EXPORTAR

Alguien tiene depronto el error en mac que cuando intenta guardar un archivo nuevo de .ai o exportar algun tipo de documento de Illustrator a jpg, png... se le cierra el programa de una vez y le da error?

si intento guardar un archivo .ai nuevo, se crea un .tmp con un nombre raro pero nunca guarda el archivo, y si intento exportar se me cierra el programa de una vez y si exporta la imagen.

mis datos y version de ai:

Agrego que ya desinstale y volví a instalar el Illustrator. (Solo ese programa).

guardo los archivos en mis documentos.

Si claro he restablecido las preferencias, elimine archivos temporales, todo lo que era relacionado con illustrator, luego como no funcionaba lo hice con todo adobe, desinstale todo todo lo de adobe, y lo volvi a instalar, eliiminando preferencias, archivos temporales, configuraciones... etc, todo, y nada a funcionado.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following suggestions to check if they help:

- Update the OS (https://adobe.ly/3RK7nM7) and the Illustrator app (https://adobe.ly/3uXz4ZX) to the latest version (if not done)
- Add Illustrator to Full Disk Access under macOS preferences: (https://adobe.ly/483MbHF).
- Try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS)
