Illustrator Closing when using Objects on Path

yesterday, Objects on Path was workin, today Ai simply shuts down and completely closes.

Using simple objects to get used to using the tool.

I just uninstalled Illustrator & reinstalled.
lastest version.
Everyday I restart the computer.
Preferences... after reinstalling Illustrator everything is back to "normal".

I can't even open the recovered file anymore.

Seems I was able to fix it by resetting prefrences.. Hope it'll continue to work

I am having this same issue on Mac OS Sonoma v 14.5, Illustrator v 29.1. I uninstalled and reinstalled Illustrator and the issue persists.

WHat kind of objects are they? Does it work with simple rectangles?

Which version and system is it?

When was the last time you rebooted the computer?

Did you already reset the preferences? (which would erase all your settings)
