Illustrator Color Themes??

I cannot get Color Themes (panel) to work in Illustrator. The Color Themes panel displays, "no themes available on Adobe Color for account..." I have created and selected a few color themes and saved them in my Library on Adobe Color. I can not get to them in my Illustrator Libraries Panel. I thought maybe I had a sync issue, but I don't have "sync" in my preferences menu, yet I see synced files and I can get to those saved themes in Photoshop.

That was yesterday. Today I found those new themes in the Illustrator Libraries panel and was able to copy them to Swatches.  Once those themes are in the swatches panel the colors work as expected. That is good enough, however . . .

In the Photoshop, Adobe Color Themes panel, I have tabs; Create, Explore, My Themes. This is a very functional panel where I can complete many color tasks all in one place. Should my Color Themes panel in Illustrator work like the one in Photoshop? I'm I missing something or is this a universal theme (pun intended) in AI CC?

As far as I can see, currently the Colour Themes palette in Illustrator is just an incomplete attempt. Probably it should never have been introduced in that inoperative condition.

Unless I'm overlooking some subtle capabilities, of course.

It worked in the previous version. It is only since the most recent update to 22.0.1 that the Color Themes feature has stopped working.

Works in my version 22.0.1 (and looks the same as in Photoshop).
