I tried updating my driver per the Fix suggestions. It will go through the whole download then a message saying it cannot complete. I'm not sure if I'm even doing this correctly. It's affecting my use of the program continuing with known issues.
Any advice? Or suggestions on ho to fix this?

Hi, your graphic card is not supported by the latest version so the only wau is to revert back to or new graphic card for a new version...regards

If not, Kindly try to perform a clean reinstall of your GPU drivers by following the steps shared in this external help article (https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/57037) and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps.
