Tha app crash when loading, at "initializing plug-ins...vectorizeUI.aip".

I tried to remove this plu-gin, but then it crash to another one etc.

Unitil it closes at "initializin plug-ins...illustrator.exe".

I tried to uninstal and re-install illustrator, using the Adobe Cleaner Tol, but there is no difference.

I feel like it's problemm with my computer, maybe a corrupted file somewhere ?

I don't know.

If anyone coud help me please.

Thank you!

So you first uninstalled everything and then let the Cleaner tool get rid of all things Creative Cloud?

There is no Adobe Beta app installed anymore?

Can you tell us about your system?

Does it work when you boot into Safe Mode?

Yes I have uninstalled everything and cleaned with the Cleaner Tool.

There is no beta app installed, the only app installed from Adobe is Illustrator.

My system is Windows 11: Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631

My computer is the SurfaceLaptopStudio (First edition, with RTX graphic card).

I tried to open in safe mode as well, it didn't work.

Hello !

I have updated the vicual C++ driver.

There is still the problem.

Has anyone encountered this issue before ?

Hello @clémentt408673,

I am sorry to hear the suggestions did not help. Would you mind trying the following steps to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and checking if it helps:

- Close all Adobe apps

- Uninstall all currently installed Microsoft Visual C Redistributable packages

- Install the latest Microsoft Visual C Redistributable package from here: (https://adobe.ly/3zkcw8s)

- Relaunch Illustrator

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
