Hello!

After I updated Illustrator to the latest version (CC 2017) and tried to work on my files, the software has simply crashed. And it still crashes every single moment.

One hour ago, I was working on TEXT, but after a few modifies Illustrator just freezed. That means I've need to close it, start it again, work on my project just a few minutes before Illustrator freezes again. This is very VERY annoying because it happens QUITE often.... I need to finish a project, but at the moment it looks to be impossible to do!

I work on PC, Windows 10 os.

Please, you must fix this problem asap!

Thank you!

-Greetings from Italy

I've had this issue in the past...

Try this:

On the top bar, select the little rocket ship, then go to GPU performance and un-check "GPU Performance".

Hi danielg53263912 !

The problem is that the "GPU Performance" is already un-checked.
