illustrator crashes when batch saving pdfs

nop, restarted and same issue, and it does not remember some of my actions I have to reload them everytime

Change your playback settings to slow down the action. Even pause of 1 second fixed the issue when I was using actions.

For me the question remains in does that setting affect the batch command, and your reply can shed some light on that. Know that setting goes back to the default every time you restart illustrator, which was annoying as had to change that many times.

also it tells me there is a solution to my problem and sends me to the troubleshoot page but it looks like its none of thsee isses .....
