Illustrator crashes when opening or creating documents when on Huion screen

Hi all,

Very strange issue. Illustrator crashes everytime I open or create a new document.

The issue only happens when I am using Illustrator on my Huion Kamvas GT-191. Every single time I open a file or try to create a new one, the program freezes and then I need to force close it.

I open the same program on my monitor and the program responds very quickly. It seems like such a strange issue.

Has anyone else come across this before?
