Illustrator crashes when I try to use, as it appears, any processes that need GPU.

For example, I can't:

  1.  Switch to 'Preview on CPU' mode.
  2.  Switch off 'Compatible GPU available' in Preferences.
  3.  Use Outline mode.
  4.  Swithc off Visibility of all layers in anu document.
  5. It has started approx 3 month ago and problem is getting worse.

When I try use it, Illustrator crashes immediately. Sometimes Error window appears, but often doesn't.

I tried this methods from official Adobe website, but this didn't help:

  • Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
  • Update Illustrator to the latest version for improved product stability. Ensure that you restart your computer after the update.
  • Back up and reset my Preferences and  Keyboard Shortcut.
  • Check a System Compatibility Report (no conflicts).
  • Update driver of my video card.
  • Delete all Plug-ins.
  • Make clean reinstal of ALL apps, including CC Dekstop with Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.

After last manipulation, problem went away but appeared again after second launch of Illustrator.

Please, help me, I can't working.

UPD: I just installed the NVIDIA Studio driver 537.58 instead of fresh Game Ready driver and it solved the problem. I didn't know there are a special drivers for graphics programs... I'll report here if the problem reappears.
