Illustrator Crashes.

My Illustrator 2020 keeps crashing.  I get the crash report, and send it in.  I never hear back.  is there another place i can submit the crash report??

  1. The exact version of Illustrator and the Operating System.
  2. When exactly it crashes, while opening a file, working on it or saving it.
  3. Does this happen on a specific file?
  4. Where are the files saved, locally or any network or shared drive?
  5. I am sending you a DM, please confirm with which email you are submitting the crash report.
