Illustrator Crashing while saving on ver 24.3

Question

When I try to save documents, Illustrator crashes randomly, and work is lost. An error report doesn't come up either so I can't report the problem. I tried to updated to latest version of Illustrator but that doesn't work at all - just crashes or stops responding at initialization all the time.

I've tried to clean up fonts as recommended and to reset my preferences, but nothing is working. Please help me, I have to work and currently cannot because of these issues. I see so many people having the same problem. Surely this has to be a bug in the updates??
