Illustrator Crashing

I started having issues with illustrator around late November, when it automatically updated. Since then, my Illustrator crashes whenever I save my file. I have uninstalled the 2025 version and reinstalled the 2024 version, but that one is having the same problem now. I have reset my preferences, freed up space on my computer, and have run the Creative Cloud Diagnostics, but nothing has fixed this issue.

Please let me know what else I can do to to resolve this.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having saving files in Illustrator. Would you mind checking if Full Disk Access is enabled for Illustrator (if you're on a Mac), and disabling any Antivirus software if enabled to see if it helps? Also kindly confirm the version of the OS and if Illustrator behaves this way with files stored on a specific folder so I can better assist you.

I have a Macbook Pro 2021, OS 13.2.1 (22D68). Illustrator hasn't really done this before except for a couple of times, and those files were in different folders. I have turned on Full Disk Access, and I will let you know if it works. Thanks for the suggestion!

I have turned on Full Access, and I thought it had worked. However, the only program saves when the file is being saved to the Adobe Cloud and not my computer. When I save the file to my computer, it crashes, both the 2025 and 2024 versions.
