Illustrator CS5 printing wrong colors

Illustrator colours not printing correctly i think the settings are all messed up no idea whats happening. i have an epson inkjet printer workforce wf 7610 checked the printer and its fine. but my colours from illustrator and anything i save as from illustrator i.e pdfs are printing greys instead of brown. i need help urgently as this is my livelihood and considering the current covid situation im stuck with no income if this cant be fixed. im using illustrator cs5 on a macbook pro thanks for any help x
