Illustrator CS6 does not launch

I am having problems with Illustrator CS6 launching. It does not even make it to the splash page for launching. All other products in my design suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) all launch and work just fine. How do I get illustrator to launch and run?

As for the Cleaner: you will need to try that out. It might work if you only clean Illustrator.

Run illustrator while pressing on ctrl + alt + shift keys

Did it ever work?

Did you already restart the machine?

Are you logged in as an administrator?

Are there third party plugins installed?

And then: try and rebuild preferences.
