If your reinstall of Windows was to the latest version of Windows 10 then you should know that CS6 is not supported for the latest Windows 10. While it may have worked for you on earlier versions of Windows 10 you should know that Microsoft has announced that going forward their operating system will still be called Windows 10 but that as it keeps getting automatically updated it will act differently than it did in earlier versions. Any problems that you are having are most likely related to that incompatibility to the newer version. If the reinstalled version of Windows was as I've described you can either roll back to Windows 8.1 or upgrade to Creative Cloud and CC 2018.

    Which system?

Where are you saving files? Network? Harddisk? Synched folder?

    Any third party plugins?

    Fonts used? Are those OK?

    Font management? WHich one?

Is a printer connected, set up and turned on? If you don't have one, install a PDF printer.

    Me too.

But there are some things you ought to know, even when you're a designer. So maybe you should do some research in order to learn.

    As for your issue:

    1. Save to the harddisk. Illustrator doesn't particularly like saving to or reading from directly to servers and external stuff.

    2. Connect a printer or set up a PDF printer.

    3. Check your fonts for corruption.
