ILLUSTRATOR CS6

Hi.

I know CS6 is a old version but I had this on a previous computer.

I've bought a new computer and have been trying to install CS6 on to it.

Looking at the 'system info' on my old computer it says that my serial number is 16 numbers but when I try to install on to the new computer the setup wants 24 numbers!

Does anyone have any ideas?

The old software did not show the entire serial number to prevent others from stealing your number when you weren't looking. You need to see if you registered or have the install discs.

If you have registered it it should turn up at account.adobe.com/products and you will see the serial number.

Do you still have any documents from when you licensed that version? The serial number should be in them.
