Illustrator CTRL +F paste wrong location

Hello. Normally CTRL + F paste same location. When I press CTRL + F it paste diffrent location in the artboard. I reseted preferences, reinstalled program but it still doesnt work true. Can you help me, please?

So you past on the same artboard?

Does it work when you select Paste in front from the menu?
