Illustrator demora en guardar en Creative Cloud y se detiene.

Hola, estaba buscando un post sobre el tema pero no encontré.

Tengo Adobe Illustrator 2025 y funcionaba muy bien, ahora hace dos dias tiene problemas para guardar en Creative Cloud.

Tanto para guardar, como auto guardado, etc. Demora una cantidad grande de tiempo y luego aparece un mensaje que se desahibilito el autoguardado por demora, luego varias veces se cerró y perdí el trabajo.

Volvi al sistema Sonoma, di formato al disco, reinstalé todo, luego Borré preferencias, y continúa el problema.

El archivo solo tiene 3 Mb.

What's in the file?

Can you save it to your harddisk?

Can you turn off "Save in background " in the Illustrator preferences and try again?

Does Illustrator have full disk access?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having saving files in Illustrator. I hope Monika's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly disable the firewall/antivirus/VPN (if any) and switch to a different network connection to check if it helps.

    ¡Hola! Aqui adjunto una imagen del aviso que aparece luego que queda un tiempo tratando de guardar, en ese tiempo que intenta que el software sin responder y luego aparece este mensaje. (Adjunto imagen)
