Hello
I have illustrator 27.9 installed on my computer. All was good and then creative cloud app was updated.
Illlustrator doesn't appear in Creative cloud app anymore so no update or desinstall possible.
I read a work around that dosnt work for me (https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html)
Now what can I do ?
If we can do nothing, how can I delete completely the illustrator 27.9 app ?

Can you reboot the system, log out of your creative cloud account and then in again?
And then please show us screenshots.

Si i did what you suggested... it's the same: no illutsrator (yet installed) in installed applications list.

Did you change the install language in the Creative Cloud app?

No id din't touche anything.
The udpate was automatic.

What you describe is typical for a language change (I'm changing languages all the time, so that's how I know). There are 3 different choices of English in it.

Sorry but i didnt change anything and all my app and the creative cloud app are in french (since the beginning).

There is French-Canadian, French-Maroc and French
Are you sure that this has not been changed? Did you check it?

And besides, the other apps installed are all in Creative cloud app (working) in french too.

Have you also checked your Adobe creative cloud plan? Check the list of apps available in your plan to see what happened.

I have the complete one.
And I think i wasnt clear enough: Illustrator is in the list of app that can be installed in creative cloud. BUT the version 27.9 ALREADY installed on my PC is not recognised.
