Illustrator doesn't open new documents

Good morning. I installed the trial version of Illustrator CC 2017 in a PC with Intel core i7, NVIDIA GeForce with 2 GB dedicated and 16 GB RAM. The software work well with existing files, but it's impossible to open a new document (with every method). How can I risolve it?
