Illustrator doesn't work.

I have the newest version of Illustrator CC and the newest version of the creative cloud. I installed Illustator a few times, but the problem is still the same.

The programm starts, but there is an adobe loading window that doens't stop, so that i can't use the programm.

Does anyone can help me.

    When reinstalling did you delete the preferences?

    Did you run the Adobe Cleaner tool after uninstalling?
