Hi, Illustrator stopped showing difference in black in preview mode.
Between 100% black and 40 30 30 100 Black there is no difference!
Did anyone else noticed it is very urgent matter to us it happened on all 4 users accounts.
It is a urgent matter - please fix this!

Hi, thanks for the reply - I have the correct settings its only a problem with the newest version I reverted to 28,6 and there is no problem.

This is in a CMYK doc in version 28.7.1, with your rich black definition and 100K:

We are using the same version 28.7.1 and this bug showed up few days ago with the update,
It works fine on 28.6
Do you have a color mode set to CMYK and most important in separation window overprint preview checked on?

Preview works fine in 28.7.1, but Overprint Preview should also show the difference.
Looks like Overprint Preview is broken in showing the difference between normal and rich black.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue.
Illustrator has become useless when it comes to correctly previewing work being prepared for printing.
