If it is only a problem in a certain document, that looks like a damaged file. I would redo the art in a new file.
Do you have a specific reason to save it as a cloud file? Would saving it in the CC files folder work?

Your screendump shows CPU preview. Is this with all your documents?
Did you try to restart your machine?
If that does not help try resetting preferences:

Yes, i try restart everything but nothing working. 😕
My arquive is save on creative cloud btw.

A de-install and re-install without keeping preferences is worth trying.
