Estou com problemas com o illustrator, ele fecha sozinho, independente das ações ou peso dos arquivos, já instalei versões anteriores, desistalei e instalei de novo e redefini as preferencias.

Which system is it?

Can you please tell us exactly when it closes? Shortly after opening or when you try to open a file? If the latter, please check the printer. Is a default printer set up? Is the printer turned on?
