Illustrator files open 2 times

Hello,
Illustator Windows 8
one of my file, open 2 times, with ":1" et ":2" at the en of the file!
I don't anderstand.
if you have an explanation?.

You must have chosen window >> new Window for a multiple window view. Since the views are the same looks like 2 copies of same field are opening.

To get back to normal.

Close open window
Do a save as and save over your filename (save is greyed out, and probably a main reason so many people get stuck with this).

Now when you close and reopen you will have one view.
