Illustrator files saved in the cloud refuse to open, even when connected to the internet.

I know my internet connection is good. I know I was able to open my files yesterday. They now refuse to open. I have force quit the application and then reopened it twice. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled illustrator. Still, none of my files will open. I recieve no error pop-up. What can I do?

Good to hear that helped.

Instead of Cloud documents, I prefer the CC files folder, the files are saved locally, get backuped and versioned and you can create your own backups because they are saved locally.
