Illustrator fillinger script not available

Hi, Im not able to find the fillinger script in adobe illustrator, i dont see that option can some one help.

Thanks when I downloaded the script it would not work. So I did a copy and paste of the script into a text documents and saved with the .jsx extension and it then worked.

I have no difficulty using it in 28.5.
