Illustrator freeze at launch after opening an old version file

Hi everyone.   I recently updated it to 26.0.3 and It worked fine but after opening the file it started freezing for no reason. I don't know why and it always pops up com.AdobeSplashKit.GraphicWindowClass. But when I use administrator to open Illustrator, It works and runs as smoothly as butter.

Have tried the following and nothing works.

• Updated GPU Drive 
• Restarted Computer
• Changed AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings to Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings_old
• Reinstalled and uninstalled 
• Used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool

Honestly frustrated and really do not know what's left to do. Please help me.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and check if it helps.

Also, try updating Illustrator to the latest version and share your observations.

I just open a different administrator account and it works! I get to use it for a while and I went back to my previous account. With curiosity, I tried to open Illustrator once more and It opens!!!! Everything works fine and might test to open the older version file again and see if its works or not.
