Illustrator freezing and stops responding Windows latest version

Hello everyone,

I have one of our team designer who is experiencing these issues in Illustrator vers 25.0.1.

He has kept a log.... here are some of the dates and times from his log. 

we are looking for any help we can get. it is killing our production time. 

-12/16/20—3:26pm  Illustrator stopped responding—had photoshop, email and keyed in  opened ( only illustrator was open )

-12/17/20- 10:30am had to force quit photoshop- ( Photoshop and Spotify was open )

-12/21-20—10:55am  Illustrator won’t let me move objects ( only illustrator was open )

-12/22/20- 2pm Illustrator was acting weird and had weird lettering while saving ( only illustrator was open )

-12/22/20—1:49pm Photoshop—only had 2 files open and was making this  effect when I moved the file ( Illustrator and Photoshop was open )                                                                                                                       

12/23/20—11am -Illustrator froze and had to force quit and it took 10 mins to start back up ( Illustrator and Photoshop was open )           

12/23/20—12:22pm  --photoshop froze ( only photoshop was open )

1/4/20- Illustrator—I had to reload fonts. Illustrator couldn’t find my fonts

1/4/20- Computer Froze and had to force restart ( illustrator was open )                     

1/11/21- Computer took 20-25 mins to boot up Illustrator and gave me an error
