Illustrator home screen issue on launch on M1 Mac

Hi guys! I have a queastion. Does anybody having the same issue with lunching the illustrator and having the opening options/opening screen looking like this (attachment)?  It's really hard for me to read "open new" or "recent". On previous version it looked just normal, I mean proper size etc. just like in photoshop or after effects which works just fine while lunching. I'll be more than happy if someone can solve that issue 🙂

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble. I would like to know if the steps suggested above by @marliton worked for you? If not, please update the Illustrator to the latest v25.4.1. If it is the latest version of Illustrator, then you may try the following steps and let us know how it goes:

• Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
  /Library/Application Support/Adobe
• If that doesn't help, rename the extensions folder to extensions.old in the following location:
  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
• If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
