Illustrator-How to use one source file differently in another document in illustrator

How can I transform the sign or number that I put in an unit that has been worked in the unit in the illustrator but used in different places in the document, in different places where the sign is used in the document and the number of places used by the sign. need a different plug-in in illustrator css or illustrator. or is there a simple script code.
