Illustrator is Freezing on my M1 Mac Mini

I have a problem with Illustrator on my M1 Mac Mini 16G. When I oppen it freezes and the rainbow wheel of death spins. I have reinstalled a few times and it does not seam to work Im unsure why this is happening. Any help would be great

Hi there

It is a fresh install I bought the M1 Mini on Saturday and installed Illustrator same day no third party Plugins

I only use Illustrator but photoshop is running fine

Is this an update or a fresh install?

Any third party plugins?

Did you run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool between uninstall and reinstall?

 

Try and uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and then reinstall: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

In the end a very helpful member of the Adobe team helped me and the problem was corrupted fonts. So now running smoothly thank you for all your help
