Illustrator is getting minimized after when the color setting popup prompts (MAC) ESM

When we try to open Illustrator (V27.5) , the application is alerting to do sync/not sync for color settings. This is happening only for ESM(spanish mexico) and PTB in MAC Machine.  After selecting either of the option (synchronize / not synchronize), the application is getting minimized.

 Why this popup appears during the splash screen?

 Any thoughts or suggestion to suppress the above dialog.?
