Illustrator is not opening correctly.

Question

Last week I bought the new MacBook pro. When I downloaded my adobe programs, Illustrator started to have some problems. Every day when I open it, it says that it cant open because the located resources are not loaded and that I should delete my program and reinstall it. Sometimes I have to reinstall it a couple of times for it to work. This is really annoying because I have to do it every day in order to do my job.

I have already installed an older version but I have the same problem...

Can someone help me?

It might be an idea to contact Customer Care and have them take a look at it: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html They can login to your system.
