Illustrator Issue

Hi everyone, my Illustrator crashed, and I am not knowing why. It keeps sending me this notification every 4 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix it? Please help.

Have you tried checking your internet connection, firewall or ad blocker settings as the alert says? Have you been successfully using Illustrator up until now? Did this begin after an upgrade of either Illustrator or your operating system? What version of Illustrator and what operating system are you using?

I did check all of the things as the alert says. I have been successfully using it up until this alert. I did not upgrade it, it just happened. My Illustrator is the 2022 version.
