illustrator keeps crashing randomly without any reason, the ai window crashes and I have to quit it. when I re open it doesnt load until i quit it again and then no backups work. it's just incredibly frustrating..  and the customer service didn't help he removed cashes or i dont know what and after 4 days the same issue was back even worse and with no backup. such a terrible company I hate adobe. I am having this issue for more than a year or even more. 
macbook pro 2021. if anyone could help please do.
