I honestly can't stand this anymore. I can't work like this. Paying more and more money every year so softwares could get worse and worse. InDesign has been in shambles for quite some time. But in the last few months, Illustrator keeps crashing AS SOON AS I OPEN IT! This makes no sense. It is insane that a few years ago Adobe was working so much better and smoother.
LEAVE THE AI ALONE AND WORK ON YOUR BASIC FEATURES. IT IS NOT PROGRESS IF EVERYTHING KEEPS GETTING WORSE.
I understand bugs can happen, but this hasn't been fixed in a few updates already.
Sorry for the tone, I am pissed. Needed to vent somewhere.

PS Literally while i was writing this an update came so i'm hoping it is resolved this time but we'll see... Still posting this because the frustration with the service lately is real.
Thank you for trying to help. It crashes as soon as it opens. I had to open it around 5 times to get it to stay. It happens on all files. I've already submitted hundreds of reports... Ive reinstalled it, cleaned preferences, caches etc. Nothing worked.
Since the last update that i mentioned in the post it hasnt crashed so hopefully it's resolved but that was just an hour ago. I'll come back here if it starts happening again.

Thanks for the quick follow-up and for confirming that the latest update seems to have helped so far. I completely understand how disruptive repeated crashes can be. I checked, but could not find any crash reports submitted under your community email address. If you used a different email to submit them, could you please share that via DM here in the community, so I can track them with the team?
