Illustrator keyboard keys no longer work, please HELP!!!!

Hi everyone! I need help urgently please! 
The Illustrator keyboard keys for quick operations, such as SHIFT for proportion, ALT, COMMAND, etc. 
no longer work for me.  How can I solve it? Help me please, I'm desperate!

    Do you have a Wacom?

    Then it is probably causing this.

    Yes! I installed a Wacom today! So that's it! How can I solve it???

    Did it work in the previous Illustrator version? If so you can install that on top of the current one. You can also unplug the Wacom if you don't need it daily. Or wait for the new driver. Apparently Wacom knows of the issue, but nobody knows when they will be ready.

    Reset Preferences?
