I have the same issue, duplicating it in the beta and the latest stable version. I've reset my preferences, rebooted, and updated my video drivers, but the issue persists. I'm wondering if you are running Windows Insider builds. I installed a new canary build yesterday (26080.1 ), and I'm trying to rule that out as well.
