Illustrator: My colors are coming out dull

The colors in my color library are vibrant but the colors in my piece are dull. My document is RGB and I'm not using a print template. I'm using an Art and Illustration template. I can't figure out why the color is defaulting to this dull color. Even when I drop another image into the document, those colors become dull.

Hi @Kelley270450115zdu,

Thanks for reaching out and reporting this issue. We have investigated the issue, and it has been found reproducible on our end on Apple Silicon Mac running on macOS Ventura only. This is acknowledged and will be worked on by developers in future updates.

Currently, workarounds to this are to use CPU preview or run the app using rosetta or open as Intel.

Color management - lack thereof or different settings from how the original swatches and your images were created. This stuff matters, so you may want to read up on the subject.
