Illustrator não está abrindo no MacBook Air

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Estava usando o illustrator normalmente e ele travou, simplesmente não conseguia nem fechar ele, tive que forçar o encerramento dele (utilizo um MacBook Air).

Já tentei de tudo: desinstalei todos os programas da Adobe, instalei novamente, atualizei o software do computador, reiniciei diversas vezes, mas toda vez que abro o programa ele tranca em uma tela cinza, e não é possível nem fechar ele, somente forçando o encerramento. Me ajudem!!!! Preciso do programa para trabalhar.

 

Obs. Os outros programas estão abrindo normalmente, isso está acontecendo somente com o illustrator

This issue has been reported by some users, and while we work on a permanent fix, let's try a workaround. Can you try installing version 27.7 of Illustrator to see if that helps? Sometimes, reverting to a previous version can resolve compatibility issues or bugs that may have been introduced in the latest update.

 

You can download version 27.7 from the Creative Cloud app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
  2. Go to the "Apps" section > All apps.
  3. Find Adobe Illustrator in the list of installed apps.
  4. Click on the three dots (...) next to Illustrator and select "Other Versions."
  5. Look for version 27.7 in the list and click "Install."

Once installed, try opening Illustrator again and see if it works without freezing on the gray screen. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll continue to assist you in finding a solution.

Vou deixar uma resposta aqui. Provavelmente a Adobe não indica porque acontece com um problema de parceiro deles. 

Desinstale o que tiver da Wacom e reinicie o PC. Resolvi um problema de semanas que o suporte ignorou.
Tinha os programas da Wacom instalados há uns 3 meses, do nada esse problema começou a me assombrar e agora resolvi fazendo isso que indicaram em outro fórum.
